will this work in a 69 428? Other than a cap and rotor, what else does this need to run? What type of advance curve and vacume advance curve comes on this? thanks.

I'm no application expert but basically any 1967-72 V8 Pontiac distributor other than 307 will work. Probably even the earlier cast iron distributors will work or can be made to work. For performance I suggest SunTuned on this forum. No need to pay big bucks for a numbers matching distributor unless that is your goal. According to my book there are several 428 distributors but will probably cost a whole lot more than plain Jane models: 1111960 for non HO stick shift; 1111952 HO stick; 11112009 non HO automatic and 1111946 HO auto.

Forgot to add. The Ebay 183 is bone stock, just needs cap, rotor, points and condenser.
