Default SD455 PCV valve cover breather valley pan no hole -- PCV option

Here is the scenario:

400/461 with a valley pan that has -no- PCV provision
Stock 1967+ valve covers with drippers
Passenger valve cover with vent tube to ram air pan

Is there any other option to buying this expen$ive SD-455 reproduction oil filler cap with PCV set up?

Pop a hole in the valve cover somewhere else between rocker stands and use a baffled grommet.
