Need stock pump to carb fuel line for a 69 400
On my 71 GTO I run a RobbMc 550. I just cut the original metal line and flared the end and tweaked it to use with the RobbMc.
Now Im in a similar situation with my 63 LeMans. I dont want any fuel line under the hood, so plan on buying a stock line to modify. Question is- the engine in my 63 is a 69 400. Are all the prebent lines the same, or different depending on the car it came in? I have no idea the origin of my 400. Thanks

FWIW The above is supposed to read “I don’t want any rubber fuel line under the hood. “.

Since my crystal ball is out getting serviced this week , to help you I need to ask if your 71 has a stock carb, intake and fuel pump.
If the answer to all three of these is yes, then Ames performance the sponsors of this site have what you need in there A body catalog.

Asssuming inverted flare 3/8" fitting are going to be used on both ends just get a long length of metal 3/8" line from NAPA and bend your own. You will need a tubing bender (they are very inexpensive) and double flaring tool (a little more pricey but worth the money if you don't already have one in your arsenal).......

My question was what ‘69 400 to order it for? Sorry if it was confusing. IOW is the pump to carb line the same from a Firebird,GTO, big car? I know they are available, but what ‘69 400? I have no idea if the line would be the same on all.

Inline Tube is where we have purchased factory style, prebent Pump to Carb fuel lines in the past, and had great results. They are sometimes available in standard Steel and Stainless Steel. Since you are running a RobbMc pump, you may have to tweak it down at the pump to fit correctly, if the RobbMc outlet doesn't come out in the exact location the factory pump did.
