Default Rallye II wheel paint

I need to quit messing around and restore a set of Rallye II's for my GT-37 so I can mount some polyglas. so I have two questions.

1. I may need a quick fix by thurs, so what is/are the closest spray can paints (that I can purpose locally) for a rallye II?

2. In the next month or so, I'll blast and paint them correctly, ie with an HVLP gun. Who has the correct paint codes for a rallye II? I can get PPG paints, so I'd prefer that.

TIA,
Chris

Here's the link to he automotive color library http://www.tcpglobal.com/aclchip.asp...ntiac-pg01.jpg. You won't find the Rally II Wheel color code on the 1970 color chart, but it's on the 1972 page. Many people swear by the #
32947 that is listed there, but I feel that charcoal color is much too light. I've looked at many original cars with untouched Rally II's and I have observed several old pictures of Pontiacs that I had purchased new that had Rally II Wheels. I know that many people on the board will disagree with me, but the charcoal color on all of those wheels appears to be closer to Eastwood's charcoal than the #32947 listed on the paint charts. However, I think either color is acceptable, so it's really your call.

searching, I got MULTIPLE options for rattle cans. I don't think there is one general consensus. may be more trouble then it's worth. we'll see.

Jim, thanks. Thats the PPG codes I needed.

Home depot sell a silver - their cheap brand and it is a perfect match and for the dark - cast from the local autoparts store is close.
