Default Throttle cable bracket ID

I bought this bracket from FB Market place, suppose to be a '75-'79. It's not right, the bolt spacing is wrong. Not having the correct part to compare to, I need help to ID what I have. Might not even be Pontiac. It was going on a 1979 W72.

I have a few of those off of ‘72 - ‘74 engines so I’d say the above posts are spot on.

good old facebook marketplace.

I've been burned there with sellers mislisting items there too - so I get it.

My brothers BOTH got into trouble from the ensuing "excitement" of stuff listed there...

Their wallets thanked them after they both closed their accounts...

They were really helpful and quick to respond, parts looked good, and money sent, then silence! I had to get Paypal to resolve it.
It's just the way the country is headed.
