Default Quadrajet 7040273

We are just finishing up the complete restoration of a real 7040273 carburetor. It is NOT a restamp, and has the correct airhorn with accellerator pump boot/retainer, main body NOT tapped for the auto trans vacuum port, etc.

The castings are zinc/chromated and all metal parts are electroplated, with the correct OEM pull-off for the 1979 Pontiac application.

These are extremely rare carburetors and difficult to find. It's only the 2nd one we've had in the inventory in the past 15 years. Asking price is $4000, serious inquiries only. This carb has a pretty late date, April 1970.

Shop number is 740-397-2921, email cliffshp@embarqmail.com

Pics available per request.....Cliff

PS: We have other Ram Air and HO carburetors available, including a 7028275, 7028276 (NOS SR carb), 7041268 (SR HO carb), to name a few.
