Should I go to a 3/8th's pushrod or stick with the 5/16th? I have to go 100 thousandths bigger for my roller cam. The spring pressure on the nose is 210 and 485 open. What do you think?

3/8ths". Go with a nice set with a .080" wall thickness. Comp Cams makes a good set.

My bad, brain fart. Polar is corect. I also use the 5/16th" too. Still go with the .080" wall, though.

Smith Bros. makes a good pushrod. Any length you want, reasonable and fast. Metallurgy has come along way, as stated nowadays 5/16" will do the job fine.
