This is just a note to add to your list. A friend of mine passed away 2 years ago & he had a 71 Judge , canyon copper 4 spd, with a bench seat original 4:33 rear black interior. I got sold/stolen by a guy who said he was a friend of his but sold it to a couple of guys in Grand rapids MI who are brothers who made a back door deal & bought Bruces entire collection for a stupid amount . Along with a bunch of parts to. Most knew Bruce because he was a real pontiac guy & a good friend but joe got to his sister & sold all of Bruces cars & parts dirt cheap while making a killing out the back door. The cars consisted of 4, 74 SD cars, 2, 69 Judges 1 69 Lemans, 1,71 Judge 1, 85 T/A 1, 75 T/A that Bruce bought new & an 86 Ford P/U. plus 7 pick-up loads of parts with most being NOS stuff & all were sold for 100K plus the back money that joe got for the double dealing. Hows that for a kick in the ass when you can't fight back. Bruces sister was/is a stupid B1t@$

Rich, I seem to remember you having a much different opinion about the values of these based on a prior sale of yours. What's changed your mind?

I personally really like 72 HO GTO's. I had a 72 HO stick Lucy Blue GTO project car for sale few years back and no one (general buying public) showed much interest in the car. I eventually traded it off plus cash for a 69 GTO Judge project car. These 72 HO/ WW5 cars are very special /rare and desirable GTO's in my opinion, but alas, general buying prefer more mainstream 69-70 GTO's.

Chris now you know how we feel when guys look at our cars (73-77 A-bodies) , were the last choice when it comes to GTO's of choice. Even though the 72 is a great car & the 73 GTO is even a better handling car then all the GTO's it always seems to come up last when anyone talks about GTO's. Even the 74 nova bodied GTO seem to fair a bit better then the 73. But the 72 is the same car as the 70-71 so it should garner the same want as those cars. ???

You should see the concept drawing Pontiac had of the 72 GTO. Looked like a 73 GTO on steroids!
