White GT-37 was less than $300. Can't remember the 72 GT price, but I don't think it was much. The car was a runner too!

I see some of the trunk lid decals on the GT's are different, anyone know the applications?
1 72 pic above has just an outline while another is solid.

The 71 GT-37 is a diecast emblem and the 72 Lemans GT is a decal.

72's were solid - see GT in the front spear - same as green 72 pictures posted above

what about the gold 72 GT pictured above? the trunk GT is different from the green 72 pictured--i meant 72 in my previous post-sorry about that.

Something there was replaced at some point, white "GT" in out lined letters but the stripes are black, im not saying it couldnt happen but not likely.

The outlined GT decal appears to be from a later ('73-75) LeMans GT. It should be solid as others have said.

If I can sell the 78 W72 4Spd T/A in my Avatar I will be after this one... Check out the options, supposedly this was ordered for a Pontiac Exec.

It is also of a rare color, although not my favorite, Sandlewood/Black Int and Stripe

My new project..dont know alot about it, but its on a transport heading this way will be here saturday...POST CAR>>>BENCH SEAT>>>STICK SHIFT>>>HOOD PINS>>>STRIPE>>>>>whatta ya think it is? ya...i know it has the wrong seat...very solid south western car.....im so excited i cant sleep
