Checking the vin# to the motor,were is the vin# located on the block.I'm talking about a 400 350hp motor.

How many '70 1/2 Atoll blue GT-37's were built???

Kick myself for letting a 400 auto builder car
get out of my hands back in the late '90's. Was hung up on it being a small valve 400 & not a WT engined stick car

Do you think they made posts? Or was it a similar issue like the '71s?

The '71 issue never made sense. If the mirrors were a problem, just offer the post with chrome mirrors.

OK Sparton,I just did a bunch of searching
I have paper on two post GTz from Oshawa.Out of the 27 built there with 400 4bbl,I have docs on one.

Post cars only in '70. Changed mirrors in '71 so the post car was out, even though they advertised one in their '71 brochure. See below.
