SWEET! I hope ya scared the crap out of that mini van driver when ya went blowing past.

By the way if ya don't allow the PY members a drive I'm turning this video over to the Connecticut state PD, I saw a bunch of infractions,LOL!

Love seeing that Lucy Blue hood and those whiney gear sounds as the wind rumble. Still, isn't as loud as the HO rumbles....Thanks for the ride vids!

i cant believe all that driving and i never saw any kind of law enforcement. down here, you will pass one every half mile in alot of places and unless you are out in the very rural areas, they are at least every mile or so.

Nothing like the whine of an M-22,and a big 455 sucking air! I can refer back to this video when we have 3 feet of snow, and i want to ride with the top down on a nice day! Thanks for the ride, and be careful out there.

I actually passed 3 - 4 counting the motorcycle cop coming the other direction. On Sunday's around here they are looking for weekend warriors on their motorcycles doing the bar tour.

Great videos Chris - great weather for a drive with the top down. I was in Chicago all weekend - thought about calling Mike up and getting him to come take us for a ride in one of his IV cars! Love Chicago!

Thanks guys, she's fun.

Paul, she gets thrashed the most in the 1st, I kept seeing cops in the others so I was a little more careful. Going past the two SUV's/mini vans at the end on the up hill I actually took the turn in 2nd so the spinning you heard was in 3rd & 4th.

I stand corerected, outstanding Chris,
BTW if you get pulled over just tell the cops "Do you know who I am? now beat it before you make me angry. " They like that. LOL
Most of the time they just want get a better look at the car anyway, at least I used to.
Either way its nice to get one that runs and drives and you can enjoy instead of it in boxes. Good luck with it and be carefull.

Mike:
We flew in late Friday afternoon, sat in a cab through the traffic from O'Hare to downtown, then had meetings/trade show pretty much all day Saturday and Sunday, and flew back Monday morning. Weather was beee-utiful! Got to see a great crowd show up at Soldier Field to root for Da Bears! Last time we were up the Trump Tower was still under construction - got to see the finished project this time and it is amazing.

We want to come up for a long weekend/vacation and will definitely give you a heads-up before.

BJ

The GTO decals have been removed! Guilty stopped in Friday on his way back from Boston & helped remove them - unfortunately he didn't get to enjoy a ride because of the rain. We left the RAM AIR decals on the hood, and the 455 H.O. on the spoiler for now.

Stop back this weekend Brian - it's going to be in the 80's!

Chris -
Great photo of your son! Reminds me of watching my oldest driving mine the day it got delivered. He was all grins and kept saying: "I'm actually driving a REAL muscle car with a 4-Speed!" Don't get much better!

Default Girlfriend:

Chris,
Why are Patrick's knuckles so white? He didn't have to grip the wheel that tight while he was driving did he? I'll be back in a few weeks when the weather will be cooler and the car will breath much better............................
