Car Show for Veterans
I just got registration information in the mail for the 12th Annual Car Show for Veterans at the Lovell Federal Health Care Center in North Chicago. It's on July 18, from 12:30 to 2:30, Registration starts at 11:30 ... but a lot folks were parked before that last year. There's no cost to register, and the vets they brought out from the hospital really seemed to enjoy the cars. If you need more information and/or directions, call Kenneth List at 224-610-3714.
