Allpontiac Tiger cub 505 punp gas ,10.3 cr hyd roller AP fits under hood manifold ,AED 1000HP carb ,HEI .Engine kit shipped to Australia assembled and dyno in AU.Engine made 696HP at 6000rpms and 681 torque at 4900rpms.CFM cnc ported Edelbrock RPM std rocker location ,Race Tech pistons cam BCCE-AP 242-251-112 .650-630 with AP Tiger Cub 1.7 rockers .Bill C.

Good Job, Engine makes about 50 more HP vs the typical Standard Port E-head with a .650 lift camshaft and similar duration at a lower rpm with a Hydraulic Camshaft. SWEET!

Very nice!! Especially with 10.3 compression. Care to expand on the "AP fits under hood manifold"? Hyd roller? Solid or Hyd lifters?

Default Allpontiac 505 Tiger cub

Purchase through Allpontiac as kit or assembled.Torque was 681Ft Lbs at 4900 rpms.Cam was for the intended power curve ,Would use different lobes for different applications.Bill C.

oops...I didn't see the tque listed in the first post.

Would that cam be happy at 2000 rpm in overdrive?
