Default Help ID NOS Vacuum Dash Pot

Can someone help ID a NOS Vacuum Dash Pot that I got out of a bunch of stuff from my dads 72 TA parts?

The part number is 1996507

It kind of looks like the one at the top of the cowl or in the passenger kick panel for AC cars?

I have never seen a bad one, some have rust but all seem to work fine
