Default Question for GTOEORGE..

GEORGE, Can I say 5.07 = 7 sec pass like you do on signature??

it's amazing George how i raced 4 days with the motor on "KILL" like you say it is and never pulled the valve covers off.

Jeff,
Do not know anything about your combination. So using a WAG at thing like weight, HP and nitous HP.

60 Foot ET = 1.2509
330 Foot ET = 3.3303
1/8 Mile ET = 5.0795
1/8 Mile MPH = 140.9252
1000 Foot ET = 6.5848
1/4 Mile ET = 7.8645
1/4 Mile MPH = 175.9001

Jeff,
I don't remember saying that your engine was or is on kill frankly I don't keep track of stuff like that BUT like I said earlier Good job.
As for you not pulling a valve cover......that's even better!

George,

I don't have the time to do a search this morning, but you did say that during one of the numerous Norwalk threads.

Stan he wishes!!! LOL

The car won't run out the back like that because it is set-up for 1/8-mile. My SWAG would be a bottom .90 to a .95.

Anyways i Never once mentioned my car and running 7's, Marcella said he knows a dozen Pontiacs with power adders that will run 7's. at 3000lbs or more..... I want to know who? I can only think of 2, bad bird 69, and Jack if he ran at 3000lbs. Actually if I would have dropped 100 lbs and had a new pair of slicks I would have run 7's at Norwalk on Sunday!

You guys can change head gaskets and spent $200+ dollars on them ever 20 to 30 passes and tow you so called street cars to and from the pits I have better things to do with my money and time at the drag strip.

Yes I understand you heads up guys need to have your engines on kill all the time to compete BUT don't knock everyone one else, you guys are no better then the rest of US racers.

You heads up guys turn everything into a pissing contest on here.....cv-1 heads, non heads up cars, big tire cars damn give it a rest.

.........and yes Jeff Norwalk was prepping a tad more because of the Frantic 4 cars & the quick 16 cars.

Jeff I'm a whole lot closer then you........you will be a one hit wonder, just like the rest of the go fast guys on here. When I run a number ill do it all year long. You run a 7 and donut all year long without removing your heads then you can say your running 7's!

DAMN, Yes you are correct BUT it was a statement made at heads up racers in general as opposed to Bracket Racers not meant just at Jeff and was also not meant to be a SLAM in its context.
Jeff running his 5.0 whatever is without a doubt a 7 sec pass in a 1/4 mile he did GOOD.

But of course it wasn't how you meant it George because you were proven wrong! You can try and construe what you said any way you want to save face, but at the end of the day...YOU WERE WRONG! Just sayin...

I'll accept your apology in advance and no hard feelings for your "what ever" aka: go phuck yourself comment.

But maybe if you had pulled them off you might have made it to the 3rd round .093 to a .033
