Which Pont. used the M-21 Muncie???

I have no idea where this one came from. Was under a shelf in my tenants basement where I have stored transmission junk since 1978. There is no tail housing........one of which I would like to have so as to dispose of this along with all the other four speed stuff thats going.......

Any help???
