Default NGK Plugs

Rather than hijacking this post:

http://forums.maxperformanceinc.com/...d.php?t=827970

I thought it would be better to start another one. Specifically I have a '69 428 with 6X-4 heads that someone one else "built". It seems to sound like like "68" cam and the heads have not been re-worked.

Anyway I need to get rid of the horrid E3 plugs and wondered what number NGK plug would be suitable. Iridium would be silly for this engine but then here are G-power and V-power NGK's and what number plugs that would be similar to an AC-44 , AC-43 and AC-44. (The E-3's look terrible, contacts worn away, hard to tell rich/lean, hot/cold.

Thanks for the help.
