This thread is so bad it would even give YB a bad reputation.

Not to sound like Dr suess but....
I'll race him yes I will for a grand or if he's broke....then nil. I'll race him in MY car with changes nil, he can change everything and I'll smash that a$$, yes I will. He can put his motor in a boat or in a goat. A prostock or chassis or in Jeff's ride that is classy. Make the dam thing weight 3000 min and quitcherbitchen.

when I started the post I was joking, just trying to lure everyone away from Marcella's post not avoiding racing at all, Mike wants to at a race that I have never planned on attending with rules that dramatically favor his car there are two cars: one weighs 3000# and the other 3300#, common sense would put 3150# at the midpoint and be the best compromise and that is not taking into account his engine has 40 more cubic inches Jeff has a good car, he has offered to install my engine and he is itching to race and is going to Norwalk anyway, his car weighs 3150# if I don't sell the engine before August that is probably going to happen I will be racing my car at a venue I choose, with rules that create a level playing field I will post results, with the car being weighed by a third very reliable party (NHRA)

heads up for 8 years, employee for 1, bracket racing for 2
EFI class was heads up 92-97, #2 in points 92-96, World Champion in 97, multiple record holder mid to high 10s stock block heads intake and ECU won just about every race I entered when Hot Rod ran EFI as a Pro tree bracket class and had every contingency product on the list clearing about $8000 a race

So none of it was with a Pontiac?

EFI was for late model cars, Pontiac never made an EFI car at least not with a real Pontiac V-8
Im not partial to one brand, no manufacturer pays me enough, Ive raced Chevys Fords Mopars AMCs. Ive owned over 100 Pontiacs, raced them in the 80s but got tired of fixing rust buckets I wanted something late model. I own one now, isn't that what really matters?

Lessons to be learned here.Love the knowledge i picked up in the process. 800.00$ lost but 3,000.00$ worth of knowledge gained. Watch me get slammed on this reply for sure. |

Tell you what. You bring your tigers and I got $100 says I can beat you. And I know for sure you aren't adding 100 lbs to "make it fair" and I'm ok with that. None of that 4.600 Chevy head on a pontiac block crap like you posted on the all motor deal either. LOL talk about a traitor!

This Thread has turned into ANOTHER PDUDE vs RAY COX typing exercise, (in January), like ALL of the OTHER ones over the last 10+ years.

Reminds me of the line a street racer around here used in the '80s. It was a play on the Earl Scheib Paint Shops ads..."I'll race any car, any color for $69.95". Lol |
