I think Ames supplied me a template for the deck wing when I asked them, they emailed it to me.

Called Ames the spoiler they have is not close to the original the details state that the posts are wider than original

The unit is injection molded and does not use studs to mount.

The templet will be incorrect.

There is a temp let you lay on the hood and shows exactly where to drill

There is a templet that lays on the trunk and shows where to drill

I guess you have to buy the parts to get the templet.

I think for the hood pins there is only the factory detail

Thanks

Bummer. So the posts are wider? Like in thickness, or spacing apart from each other? Not sure posts/screws/bolts would make a diff in where the holes go?

I thought the trunk lid has braces and it's obvious where the holes go? Or am I thinking of the 442?

Try a search on PY?

I know there has been at least one post (with diagrams) on the hood tach and think on the hood pins.
Also seems there was one on the rear spoiler, but could have been Firebird?

I have a pic for 69 Bird but no A body.
(that I could find anyway)

Do not cut the hood until you check the template for the tach on some thin cardboard. There are a few different mounting patterns

Thanks for the hood pin detail

the across the front dimension says 20.5 across

but the right hand says e of car or 3 of car ?

does any one know how to read this detail

thanks

the 3.5 dimension appears to be from the back of the radiator support top to the front this looks easy

It’s a C/L symbol which means the ‘centerline’ of the car.
