Yep , molded flares.
Car had some previous mild custom touches back when. The seats had been redone in some custom fabrics. Looks like he has straightened out the interior. I could live with the body mods Its a #s drivetrain car |

Spoilers and scoops were molded in back in the 80's when the car was repainted.

I am not the one who did the body work. It was like that when I bought it. Whoever did it did a really good job.

68 Firebird convertible with a reserve at $500 in Texas. Trivial criticism, the Rally II's are painted black on the inside and have the wrong caps (should be PMD).

That Esprit is a nice project. It's at the right stage that you can still do an engine upgrade easily and interior if you like. I'd sell the tan interior and go blue or black.
EDIT Just noticed that cowl to a pillars area. That's troubling...

I think classics painted in graphite gray, etc. do nothing to enhance the classic lines these cars have.
Imagine this interior with Verdoro Green or Crystal Turquoise paint. |

Exactly my first reaction. I like it ...but the color. Just doesn't do anything for the car.

67 Firebird at $57K in Texas. The white vinyl top really works on this car.

Our old appropriately named friend "a touch too much" is back at $9K reserve not met in Virginia. Hard to believe that once upon a time on a Friday night cruse, this thing would have been the cat's pajamas.
