That's probably a good starting point buy-in on the 61 Cat , for someone who wants to build one top to bottom.

They might have pictured the wrong engine by mistake, definitely not a 389 Pontiac.
Maybe olds or buick or caddy ?
i do see a Pontiac cylinder head in the upper left corner
