Choices are 2 hole vs open.

Whether you go 2 hole, 4 hole or open you need a spread bore gasket not the ones that you show in the pic which are for square bore intake/carb.

4 hole Quadrajet, insulating 1/4” . Just my preference.

Like Bill said, the 1/4" insulating gasket is a good choice. That is what I used on my 403 with a q-jet on top of the RPM intake. I know Cliff has these for sale.
