Default SD Performance...

They have lost the entire shop and contents due to a fire. This was just passed on to me a few minutes ago. Dave is devastated. Apparently a tour bus was driving by and had a blow out. It parked next to the big hedge catching it on fire and then spread to the shop. Total loss.

WoW! Talk about being in the wrong place at the right time!! What an unfortunate chance of events. Having been through a similar situation I hope everything works out for the best.

That is crazy!!! Hopefully Dave gets a hold of a good attorney, and turns this into an opportunity to move to a better location not so suspetable to the flooding and mud slides. Lord knows he needs the help and a break!!

Looks like the GoFundMe from the mudslide is still active. If anyone is interested: https://www.gofundme.com/f/helping-l...d-slide-damage

It is truly unreal the bad luck that has followed him and his business. Hope for a speedy recovery and a full funding from insurance

That’s awful, I can’t even imagine. They’ve been through so much the last few years.

wow.

I hope insurance kicks in fast so that he doesn't have to worry about how to pay bills...
And that he has a cushion to decide if he's restarting... again...

Hopefully not too many people had heads there - and if they did, hopefully the building didn't get hot enough that they are NFG (I would think the fire would have to get pretty hot to warp/ect a set of cast iron heads.
