Default VORTECH/ PAXTON SELLS COMPANY TO

THE SCAT GROUP. Announce was made at the PRI/Sema show recently.

The owner was originally a Paxton employee in the old Paxtor Supercharger days and later started Vortech Engineering and some years later bought the Paxton Supercharger company.

So the Belt Driven Supercharger stuff is still out there but now owned by the SCAT Group.

The Turbo Game is still going strong even without "Big Chief" making big noise.

Since the Butlers sponsor him as well as others, why don't you ask David Butler (the Owner of Butler Performance).

Don't know what Big Chief is up to, but I know what SCAT is part of. They are part of the Taglich Private Equity Group. Here is a partial listing of their current holdings: Scat engine parts, AFR (Air Flow Research), Pro Car, Fiesta Canning (salsa and taco products), Catamount Foods (maple syrup products), For Bare Feet (novelty socks), World Solutions (private label skin care), Pro Compression (socks), Hobbs Fibers (quilted batting), National Molding (intricate plastic injection molding), Pinnacle Climate Technology (HVAC), BG Staffing (temp service) AND NOW PRESENTING, Vortech Prochargers!!! What could possibly go wrong? Based on what we have seen from SCAT and AFR, quite a bit. I wish them luck.
