Default Looking for my dads car.

The car is a 1970 Lemans Sport. I'm hoping the owner of the car is a member of this site. The car was brown, tan top and tan inter. It had Ralley ll wheels, 350 2bar. motor with a automatic. Here's the vin# 237370R105756 I've tried everything, other than getting a PI. So I'm hoping I can get some help. Thanks

I would try to do a VIN search with California DMV. They won't give you the owner's name and address, but they may be able to tell you if it is still registered in CA.

There are some websites that advertise nationwide VIN searches. Not sure what they can do that you can't do on your own, but might be worth a shot. I used one several years ago and think it cost $175.

Good luck.

I used www.abika.com, but that was several years ago. Lots of different websites out there. Google is your friend.

This website did help me. The car was last registered in 2004 in Arizona. Nothing on the owner though.
