I removed my booster on my 1050 dominator by screwing a screw on that banjo from the metering block side and pulling the screw with a vise grip. Then the booster just slides out from the top. Then just reverse the step for installation. I used a special grease that came with my kit. Not sure what is it, looks like a very thin red lube. Good luck.

Very common to do it that way and at one time you could buy the booster "retention" inserts, if you screwed on up on removal.

So i got the insert out. What hole size are your 12 holes? Mine are .056.

I did the area on .182 and the .056 . then x that by 12 and the 12 holes have .003540574184 more area then the .182 in the booster . Im not sure if they should be drilled being there's already more area . Anyone know the answer to this ?

Sounds like u put a screw into the booster pin and removed the banjo with booster still inside, I'm talking about just removing the booster itself from the banjo, leaving the banjo and booster pin installed in main body, done it many times! I suspect charlie is still using gas sized holes in his 12 hole booster's and that's why its not entirely happy, I would enlarge them to .059

Roughly the alcohol setup needs 40% more area to flow enough fuel compared to gasoline.

I would open up the booster holes, and open up slot restrictor to .075 if it were mine and send it

So I drilled the 0.56 to .075 and then I drilled out the booster from 182 to 192.

The .056 to .075 is the 12 holes in the red insert .

The booster was drilled from .182 to .192 which your saying is the banjo.

My transfer slots are .098..
