FI Tech and Manifold Question
Hey guys that have used FI tech, what manifold did you use? I’m putting a 400 back together and have 66 and 71 stock manifolds. Would like to put FI tech on it at some point, did you use the square bore or spread bore manifold?
Thanks

There's a spreadbore EFI throttle body to match the '71 intake. If you go with the '66 intake and the square bore throttle body they are not an exact match but there is a 1" adapter to make it work. Probably the '71 intake has a higher HP potential.

Yup if you want to use your factory intakes go with the Holley Sniper in the spread bore offering.
There’s no rule on this, use the intake that is right for your combination. That said I did notice better fuel distribution with my FiTech on my current torker ii compared to the P4B that the unit was originally on.

Professional Products Crosswinds Intake Manifold
I think a copy of performer rpm, works good. |

I used an NOS service replacement 1972 455HO intake that I opened up by hand myself. Neddded to use an OEM intake to make things fit under the 70-75 formy hood.
