Default Mystery Part

So I needed to remove my steering column in the 65 GTO and thought I had everything in a bag and labeled. Unfortunately I found this part laying on the floor board. Does anyone know what it is and where it belongs? I also had disconnected the clutch and brake pedall linkages but I don’t think it came from there. Looks like an electrical part to me. Thanks. Chris
