Chris, consider where we are talking about...they can't even provide the Olympic athletes with clean water....hell, Bob Costas has a double eye infection from being over there.
I hate to say it but the dogs are probably better off.

When they were alive, my grandparents used to feed many of them and give them names. Sad that there were so many of them.

speaking of Olympics, someone needs to post the pic of Bruce Jenner I just saw after his adams apple shaving down surgery and wearing apparent breasts. That was the creepiest thing I've seen in ages.
