oh thats a cool plane.
6' wings and a trimmer engine! Has that stearman look to it. So what brand of trimmer motor was it? (I love stuff like that). How'd you get the prop to mount? (I'm starting to get the gas bug again)..........................

That must have been exciting. Looks very cool and must have sounded great even if underpowered. RIPieces noted and mourned.
Building planes was fun for me, crashing was not. I think seeing something that nice disintegrate would have been traumatic... even more psychological damage than watching the evening news. Glad you have good memories of it! |
