Default HELP! how to remove 73 TA dash face plate

Removed three screws on top under dash pad. Seems stuck on the bottom where plate meets dash pad. I am afraid to pull too hard. I am trying to get the heater controls out and believe I must remove the face plate to get to the heater controls. (see other post)

Take the plastic cover off from under the steering column and there are 2 long screws that screw up from the bottom.

Remove your steering column shaft cover. This is held on by two half turn plastic nuts. Once removed you will see two long screws that hold the bezel in place. Also don't forget to unscrew the black round lighter bezel.

Default T/A dash face

Onece the lower plate under the wheel is off & the 2 long screws are out along with the lighteer bezel at the face of the dash is of now you still have to plus harder then you may think because if it's not been off for a while it will take some extra (slight) tugging to get it out. The stuff they use when they put them on gets a little hard after all those years.
