To help ease there install hang the Headers on all the bolts first ,then cut the gaskets into 3 sections ( each end port and the middle ) then notch / cut each bolt hole from the bottom of each bolt hole and then slide them in place while rocking the header.

This method also helps the gasket to not tare as the weight of the Exh system hanging off of them makes the Header shift in shape some over time.

Be sure to use antiseize on all the bolts and to check all the bolts for tightness after the first 3 heat up and cool down sessions.

If using the Remflex,be VERY careful trying to cut them.They are the best I have found but if bent can crack and end up in the trash.Tom

Very true. Quite brittle. I use a razor utility knife.
