Make it three!

That's a huge accomplishment CT.

I've never smoked but both of my brothers did and both have quit. Both did it cold turkey and have been off the smokes for a few years now.

Congratulations! Keep it up.

I've quit now for a little over 30 years, My best warning is to never, never, never give in to urge for just one puff.

Good Job, one of the best things I ever did was quit. What a stupid and costly habit.

Way to go! My last cigarette was in August, 1993. I still smoke a cigar once and awhile, but that is one accomplishment you can be proud of.

Good job CT! My last one was almost 14 years ago, Feb. 17th, 1999. After 20+ years of smoking, I quit cold turkey. Out of breath with pnuemonia and a little bit of common sense was all it took. Well, 6 hours on oxygen in emergency played a part, too.
And I have never missed them.

Thanks all! I really don't even think about them, except to count the months. Cold turkey was the trick...and I would have sworn that it would be a terrible trip...not so.

I'm just going to celebrate till my non-smoking dying day

From what I've heard, that is about ten or so extra ones....enjoy every one of them...
