Default RA PULL OFF

Wanted to know if these yellow RA pull offs were just production pieces. Were they serviced for a short time?
I have 1 nos. Seen gray ones. Guess they were replacements.
This is the original pull off on this untouched 9273 dated 1149 carb
Notice green inspection mark.

I have heard of one other person having an NOS yellow pull off years ago. I don't know if you could get them thru PMD or not (I guess that is what you mean by serviced.). I believe this yellow was used on the 9273 as the carb shows. I wonder if it was used later also for other manual shift Ram Air carbs. I have found very little info on which color was used on which carb as these are apparently very hard to find. I have attached a picture of my 1969 8273 pull off. It is not the bright yellow like the 9273.

I would love to see our board accumulate a list of choke pull off and fast idle cam colors as a guide. I think much of that info may be hard to find.

Sorry that I did not answer your question. But this is interesting so I wanted to comment! lol
