No, it is not an assembly line part, it is a dealership part. If a car had a radio or stereo installed AT THE DEALER these would be used by a dealership employee as a quick install to the package tray. Just bang it in with your hand and done. Those pointed studs never reached the sheet metal, they just grabbed the package tray fabric.
