i JUST TALKED TO THE PERSON WHO HAD THE ENGINE BUILT. THOSE WHERE USED PUSHRODS IN MY MOTOR. FOUND NO OTHER ISSUES WITH THE OTHER PUSH RODS. I FEEL AFTER PUTTING A FEW HOURS ON THE MOTOR THAT THE PUSHROD END WAS WEARING THIN? I FEEL AFTER I LOOK INTO THING MORE, I WILL END UP GOING WITH A NEW SET OF PUSHRODS AND ROCKERS.

I would double check the placement as they are designed for 67 up heads I'm told.I know I have used them but I did not pick out the pushrods.Tom
