Default Forum Website Security Certificate Issue

Has something changed with the forum's web site security certificates lately?
(or is it just something on my end?)

A few days ago, when I went I clicked on the link, I got a Windows message stating
there is a problem with this websites security certificate.

Thanks,

It's been happening to me for around two weeks now. As far as I know it's only on my phone.
