Big part of value is the RA III engine, carb, pans, and Trans that are missing. A 70 Judge shell at 10k maybe for a big ass project.

That car is up in Dallas, and has been spread out on every classic car related classified in the state. Texas is a big state, and the classic car thing is going strong in Dallas (just in case you guys don't have Discovery Channel).
Whoever picked it up thinks that he found something really special. Basically, he has a really nice vin tag surrounded by rust. There isn't a single body panel or piece of exterior plastic that won't have to be replaced. It is as rusted/baked hulk, with the wrong engine (that is seized). I'm looking for a 1970 GTO. I looked hard at this one. This is a project for someone with a lot of time, welding skills, and up-to-date tetanus shots. Oh, and the seller doesn't want to budge off his price. He really thinks that is a $20K car as it sits. If he had it blasted, you would be able to see through it. |

The hood seems to fit well.
