Default Need a 62 no AC heater core

I took my GP out for a ride today and now have a puddle of coolant on the pass side floor. Guess my heater core has bit the dust. I'm just wondering if any of you out there might have a rec on a good replacement one and a source.

The heater core is about one of the last things I haven't gotten around to, so I suppose it's time.
Is it replaced from under the hood or under dash? My first guess would be under hood from the looks of things.

Thanks!

Kevin

Kev, since you're going to buy-it-now on the heater core, do you have the HVAC Manual?

if not... keep buying, bro:

...unbeatable price, BTW.

If you have a radiator shop near by they should be able to recore it for you.

Goat.... There is one radiator shop I know of. Took my radiator to them a few years back and they could have done a better job. It's a good idea and I may take it to them still, but I'd like another one. Never hurts to have spares. :P

Matt... Got the manual. It does help get a good idea of what to expect before digging in to it. This is another project I've decided to deal with when spring arrives. Think I'll do it along with the timing chain cover project at the same time since both involve draining the cooling system. This not having a garage thing is really starting to get annoying. Ugh.
