Default Rescued a 78 W72

I picked up this 78 W72 Auto, black on black deluxe, PW, AC. It was sitting in a tow yard on the south shore, buried in snow with four flats. It put up a good fight, but the winch pulled it out.

It's got some rust, but it's solid in all the important areas. I don't know exactly what I'm doing with it yet. It's got a 74 TA 400 in it, with the 78 6x heads and intake, Edelbrock carb, and oddly enough an open face alternator which I need for my 70 TA.

Here it is in all its glory:

Nice catch!!!
Looks like something you'd like to work on (me too).
T-tops long gone???
Wheels don't look too teribly rusty???
front spoiler looks intact? only one wheel flare gone?
I lost my front spoiler less that a year after buying...

more pictures, etc.
I like it!!!

I have the tops. They were loose, so I threw them in the truck for the ride home. The other spoiler is in the car, although someone put 79-81 front spoilers on it for some reason.

She's rough. Still trying to figure out what I want to do with it.

Default project

Looks like you have a project to work on . I would suggest when tieing down your car ,cross your tie downs ,it can slide side ways the way they are
