Default Hydroboost System

I am running a mid range cam 240/246 and have about 13" of vacuum. Currently running Baer Serious Street edition brakes in front and 11" drums in the rear. Has anyone here upgraded to Hydroboost for their low vacuum braking systems? if so, which one did you go with? I have a '66 GTO AT/ AC.

Thanks

I fitted a tallon hydraulics kit to my 69 goat over the week-end, just have to get some new brake line made up today and I'll be ready to bleed and test everything.
Was a good kit all parts supplied, from what I read on the net good company and good product.

I installed a Hydratech unit about 7 years ago and it's still working fine.

X2 on the hydratech. Looks great and works even better. Paul at Hydratech is awesome.

I went on the cheap and built mine from junkyard parts. I did break down and get a mounting plate from Tallon however to make it a little easier and cleaner install. Works very well so far. In the middle of my swap I realized I was not running the ideal master cylinder which accounted for my whole problem. If I remember right I was running a larger piston master cylinder than I should have been which made it tough to press the brakes, but as it turns out it was a perfect size to use with the hydroboost so it all worked out. Long story short, you may want to check what size piston MC you have first, maybe you could get a nice improvement with just an MC swap. It just seems that 13" isn't THAT bad for vacuum?
