Crap; was reading last night & left eye went defocussed then a headache came on.

While trying to sleep: noticed i went from a long subtle tension to brief full relaxed state (ahhhhh) then a headache with tenseness. It is cycling.

My General MGR was having dizzy spells last week (home & work) & went to the hospital for 2 days. He tells me they checked him out, clean. Then did a stress test; passed well no ticker disease. Then I tell him how I started to feel "oh nooo stay away from me, not going through that again".

Just 2 weeks ago I could be in 10 degree weather with a tee shirt. Now a mess.

Man can I relate to this, as a kid say from age 10 to about 25 I would get debilitating headaches in as far as un able to function once one would come on.
Sent home from school many times and of course subjected to endless test with no results found as to cause. The only thing my doctor kept suggesting was to change my diet. Chocolate & Orange Juice were the two main things that I was consuming at excessive levels. I weened myself off both and can only say I am in my 50's and have not had a serous headache since my 30's.
I hope you figured it out as I know what it's like and wouldn't wish what I experienced on anyone.

This is an "aura," which I previously discussed. Profuse sweating of the face is another. Ask the doc about Imitrex.

I was thinking the same this morning as to what Jeff has said...... diet. That will also cause headaches. If I don't eat as I should I will get some God awful headaches. Had one this morning from not eating breakfast, and it lasted until 4pm this afternoon. Aspirin wouldn't even stop it.

At the very least, Paul, you're looking at your health and correcting things that could cause problems later on.

That's good Paul. Hopefully it will help stop the headaches too.

I also started taking the Ocuvite 50+ vitamins for your eyes the other day. Ocuvite has vitamins in them that Centrum and the others don't.

This Thread has been my foray into cyclic migraine. AHHHG

Did you know Tylenol PM is not compatible with antihistamine? WTH at best it causes headaches

Did you know Tamiflu had 24-25% of the tested had headaches? male kids delerious & jumping out windows, & Japan has banned Tamiflu.

so it's 4:11 AM , my head is throbbing on-off mostly on as i wait for relief.

Knew i loathed medicines. just forgot how much.

I went back and reread your posts here. Go see a doc and get an MRI done. At the very least, have a CT scan done. The peace of mind is worth the price of admission.

Feel a whole lot better since the last Tylenol Pm wore off. Worked this AM, and going back to say "screw it" to the medicines for thing we normally run a course.
