I've looked and looked and looked and I cant find any flow #'s for stock #15 heads....I need to know the baseline flow #'s so I know how much I have to port them to see about 250/225@28"...can anybody help me here?

Almost every single D-port flows the same thing. Slight variations do occur, but they aren't significant.

I am in the process of massaging a set of #15 heads. The stock flow numbers are as follows.
Int valve 1.96 in. Exhaust valve 1.66 in. Seat width .090 Seat width .086 Seat o.d. 1.91 Seat o.d. 1.63 LIFT INT. EXHAUST EXH/INT .050 35.4 20.8 59% .100 73.3 43.7 60% .150 110.4 63.4 57% .200 138.6 85.7 62% .250 158.7 107.6 68% .300 178 121 68% .350 186.4 132.4 71% .400 192.2 145.5 76% .450 193.5 149.5 77% .500 192.9 154.8 80% .550 194.8 159 82% .600 196.6 161.9 82% These figures are at 28in. and can be considered representative.
