Default Bolt size tranny line into radiator?

Bolts size for tranny line going into radiator r for a 68 gto? Gotta temporarily plug them

Is it a 1/4 npt inverted flare? If so those are available as plugs

You need a male 5/16” inverted flare plug, 5/16 being the line size, not thread.

Any parts store should have it if not HD/ Lowe’s and the like.

If you can’t find a plug , I just weld the hole closed on the flare nut.

I have originals if needed
shallow bolts only like 5 threads ,,,,, shallow head barely get a wrench on em,,,
real originals

Im lost

I am checking the gasket on the exhaust manifold and didn’t want tranny fluid coming out radiator when I disconnect the tranny cooling line. But I noticed someone before me swapped out the original cooling lines with after market ones.
