Default Header tube temps?

I spent the day tuning the 600 holley. Got the carb dialed in. For the hell of it, I checked the header tubes with a fluke ir thermometer. After a short 15 min cruise I read 580 to 600 on all tubes but no. 2 which is 480. Is this a big deal? should I look for possible cause?
It is a fresh (500 miles) mild 400 8.9 comp, rpm intake and a summit 2801 cam. Still crossing my fingers on the flat tappet cam.

Only custom sheet metal intakes have perfect fuel distribution.
I would not be the least bit concerned, the concern should be at full throttle that no cylinder checks out at 1350 and no more the 1400 max.

#2 has the least amount obstacles in front of it obstructing airflow from radiator area, no alternator or power steering pump, and usually no a/c
