I own a 65 and needed a rear seat bottom and back, I was told that only 64-56 fit.

they dont reproduce them(?) and the convertible seats are very much more prone to rust. so grab them

but when it comes time to sell them, be very gentle on they buyer. at least cuddle a little bit afterwards

Went through the same with my 65 convert. I would agree with Pontirag as the later lower ashwells are narrower needing the wider 66 and later bottom seat cushion

yea and there is something about the way the seats remain attached to the floor and back that make them different
