Look up "old68goat" he was going 8.20's on NO2. He is selling alot of stuff. Search performance parts for sale. "IA2 505 parts for sale" I think. HTH.

Heres a Awesome low 10 sec. 68 GTO street legal with mufflers and street tires sold by Jerry Steinbrick in 2002--Ram air V - 4.56 gears etc. Jerry sure was a RAM AIR V fan ie. 5 RAM AIR V Cars including a mid to low 8 sec. Grand Prix plus he also had half a dozen extra RAM AIR V motors-pic courtesy The Ultimate GTO Site .

Not a GTO, but Shane Molinari has a 1968 Tempest that qualified with a 8.16 at Norwalk a couple years ago.

Radical Redskin looks like the 68 GTO benchmark.
Could this have been it before the paintjob? |

That's one nice car!
I'd like to know more about the dry sump set-up.
