Default Mecum Indy 2016

Did anyone go to the Mecum Indy Auction last week? Looking at the prices of the Judge's sold there the prices continue to slide but its tough to gauge based on inaccurate descriptions and not seeing the quality first hand.

I thought this was a very nice 70 RA IV Judge...

I was thinking 110K was solid money? Maybe no real bidders?

I was there. Not much money in the crowd at all. Dealers were buying at wholesale prices. The silver 70 was pretty nice, but automatic is death sentence. I will not go back to Indy again. Depressed areas don't usually attract much in way of buyers. I also think that the 10% on each end is also not attracting buyers. Maybe just s market correction, but definitely a buyers market right now.

I was there. Prices all over the place. A lot of warmed over turds. Some deals, some high prices. It takes 2 to tango. Very light on the bidders Friday evening. That being said, I thought the real sales were decent based on the number of bidders (or lack of). Didn't study anything real hard besides the bottom of my beer cup

Didn't my buddies 69 CR {sold by Don Sitts from Akron} a real 4 speed Judge pull down 64k after a presale estimate of 70-95k? From what I understand, it had issues. It just seems like 68-69 A bodies {and I do love them} have seen much better days. Bring on the Disco Trans Ams!
