Default Clutch fork ID P/N 5014090

I have a clutch fork I want to sell. I installed it in my 67 LeMans, then discovered it was not correct. I am sure it was listed for GM A body cars. Now I can not find the part listed at Summit Racing( pretty sure that is where I got it). When I search the number I get many different answers. 4speeds.com says this is not a GM number. Google says a Chevelle, maybe 70+Firebird, some say 70’s-80’s GM truck. Any ideas? P/N 5014090

I have seen Chevelles with that Forward "Kick" on the Clutch Fork but some have a slot on the end and a pin arrangement for the pivot rod vs the "cup" like a Pontiac Clutch Fork.

I would say 80s GMC Truck.
