I did some measurements on the pulley with a dial indicator. The best I can tell the run-out is close to 0.030".
I measured the inside edge, engine side, of each groove of the pulley. The wobble is not 180* apart but more like an 1/8 to 1/4 turn. I ordered an original from Sonic Motors as suggested by nikrnic. Price was right just have to wait until he gets back from a show this week. We will see if this one runs true.

It took a little longer to get the pulley but it arrived.
It must be an OEM pulley as it was pretty crusty. It still had pieces of the belt in the grooves and some surface rust/corrosion. Some elbow grease and a wire wheel I was able to clean it up. Put a couple coats of black paint on it and installed it. At least it runs true so on to the next project.
